Case application
The Union Parishad Secretary is always present in the Union Parishad to accept the application 
of the case. He accepted the application of all these cases and later informed the Chairman.

Mr. Chairman fixed the date of the case. The Secretary informed both the parties on that date 
and the case was heard and disposed of according to that date.
